together with an octagonal George III pierced brass mounted mahogany plate bucket, both with later liners (2)
Condition
Octagonal example:
Later brass liner which cannot be removed due to swing handle. Separation at join of two canted sides and brass band at this site. Age cracks and some old repairs. Generally good.
Cylindrical example:
Generally good. Some old repairs including small inset sections of time to mahogany sides. Old age cracks. Loose brass bands and residual brass polish.
Old marks and scratches to both commensurate with age and use. Both later liners tarnished and with old marks and scratches.
