Description

Condition

Overall in good and original presentation and condition. There are light surface scratches and marks consistent with age and the placement of objects over time. The gilt bronze has some oxidation and minor pitting consistent with age and atmospheric conditions over the years. The bronze capital and top of one pedestal is not quite securely affixed, this could quite easily be remedied. There is also some drying and weakness to the marble on the bases, and one or two small areas of chips and loss, which could quite easily be stabilized.
