of conical form with a flared rim, covered overall with a smooth mottled brown glaze, thinning at the rim and stopping unevenly at the foot to reveal the chocolate-brown stoneware body

Condition

The rim has a 0.7 cm wide restored flake chip, as well as another 0.2 cm shallow chip to the exterior rim. Otherwise, the bowl is in overall good condition with some expected minor firing imperfections.
