the box of circular form, carved on the cover with a lotus blossom wreathed in curling foliage, the translucent stone of variegated green colour with yellow undertones and apple-green steaks; the carving in the form of a lotus root enveloped in a meandering stem further issuing a small blossom and a pad, the stone of even white colour, wood stand

Condition

The box is in overall good condition with some expected nibbling or occasional insignificant nicks along the edges and rims. The lotus root is also in good condition.
