the gently tapering body rising from a short spreading foot to broad rounded shoulders and a narrow waisted neck, freely painted around the exterior with three quatrefoil panels, two enclosing figures, the third enclosing a rabbit, all reserved on a ground of swirling clouds between bands of leafy floral scroll at the foot and shoulder, covered overall with a transparent turquoise glaze 

Condition

Missing its base. Some flaking and slight mis-firing to the glaze, visible to the hare cartouche and around the neck. A 1.5 cm by 1.3 cm impact bruise at the shoulder with associated loss of glaze The glaze flaked at the rim. Glaze degredation as visible in catalogue image.
