Condition
Original canvas. There is a patch visible in the upper right quadrant on the reverse. The canvas undulates slightly towards the left vertical edge. There are some very fine, scattered lines of craquelure across the work, with some associated lifting in places, most apparent in the upper left quadrant, with some small flecks of loss. There is some rubbing to the extreme edges of the canvas. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching.
