4to (8 5/8 x 6 in.; 222 x 154 mm). 322 (of 332) leaves, lacking ¶1–8, [maltese cross]1, A7, all replaced in artless facsimile (A7 also present in a leaf laid in from a smaller copy). Gothic letter (with roman and italic). 2 woodcut text map, numerous woodcut text illustrations, woodcut initials, woodcut printer's device at end (Rr4v) and at end of Acts (z6v), section-title to the epistles within a four-piece woodcut border; [maltese cross]2 remargined at foot costing a bit of text, tears on Pp2 and Pp8 repaired with cloth tape obscuring some text, final 2 leaves soiled at repaired at inner margin, scattered soiling and staining, a number of short marginal tears. Contemporary blind-ruled calf; front hinge cracked, clasps lost, later broided leather knots and ties added.
