General title (facsimile) printed in red and black within woodcut border with Cromwell''s arms removed, repeated for New Testament title-page, Kalendar printed in red and black (*2 in facsimile), divisional titles for Parts 2–4 printed in red and black within a borders composed of 16 woodblocks, each part with separate register and foliation, 51 woodcuts, numerous woodcut initials; *5 supplied in facsimile, marginal repairs chiefly to lower corners but occasionally touching side-notes or catchwords, a few leaves, including the last four, remargined, Ll8 and Mm1 guarded, skillful repairs to long tears on G4 and Mm6. Full brown morocco paneled in blind, center diapered panel, spine in six compartments lettered gilt and tooled in blind, edges gilt; minor rubbing to upper joint and board edges.
