Condition
The canvas is unlined. The impasto is rich and very well preserved. There are some hairline lines of craquelure mainly to the right tree. The canvas is very slightly undulating to the upper left corner. Under UV light, the yellow pigment fluoresces; however, it appears not to be related to any retouching. There are some scattered dots of retouching predominately to the centre of the house, towards the centre of the lower edge (approximatively 11 cm from the lower edge), to the lower right corner and to the upper left corner. Apart from some minor frame rubbing, this work is in good original condition.
