Condition
The canvas is unlined. There are a few tiny fly spots to the white pigment, towards the centre of the upper part of the composition. There is a small area of slightly yellowing varnish layer which appears to fluoresce under UV light, however there is no evidence of retouching. Apart from some faint frame rubbing along the extreme edges, this work is in very good original condition.
