- A Roman Marble Torso of Asklepios

- Height 39 cm. 15 1/4 in.
standing with the weight on his right leg and resting his left armpit on a now missing staff, his right arm akimbo, his left arm lowered, and wearing a himation leaving most of the upper body bare; no restorations.

said to have been found at Ephesus

Condition
As described, repaired below the hips with small loss along the join in front, incrustation and root-marks overall, left hand and most of proper upper right arm missing.
