Oil on canvas. Canvas is not lined (a piece of protective cardboard sits behind the canvas and inside the stretcher). SURFACE: in good condition, generally, aside from old, uneven, dirty varnish; two small areas of minor pigment separation (in greens on roof); a couple of pin-dot losses in blue dormers at upper right. UNDER UV: No apparent inpainting.
