Condition
Overall in excellent original condition. The glass with a few small air bubbles and particulate inclusions inherent in the making and not visually distracting. The upper portion of the vase with two small irregularities inherent in the making adjacent to an interior air bubble, only visible upon close inspection. The surfaces with a few very light surface scratches consistent with age and gentle handling. The marquetery presents with extraordinary detailing and vivid colors that contrast beautifully with the subtle color of the background. An outstanding work by Emile Gallé.
