Condition

Overall in excellent original condition. When viewed in person, the vase presents with an extraordinary internal decoration and intricate detailing to the carved decoration. The glass with a few minor air bubbles and particulate inclusions inherent in the making and not at all visually distracting. The base presents with a few hairline craquelures inherent in the making. An outstanding example of Gallé's marqueterie sur verre pieces.
