Condition

Overall in good condition. The wooden surfaces have been refinished and present with a dark red color and rich figuring when viewed first-hand. The surfaces with some shallow scratches, minor edge abrasions and light surface dirt consistent with age and gentle use. The edges with minor wear consistent with age and gentle use. The proper left side of the chair with minor restoration to the bottom back corner, which is not visually disruptive and does not affect the solidity of the chair. A few minor worm holes concentrated to the proper right back foot. The reverse of the backrest with a few minor abrasions due to the adjustable bar. The metal bar with minor surface scratches and discoloration consistent with age and gentle use. A great design icon in very good condition.
