Condition

Overall, the condition of the bronze is very good, with some dirt and minor wear to the surface consistent with age. There is some rubbing to the patina at the high points. There are some minor nicks and scratches, including a small scratch on the chin on the proper right side. There are further scratches and a few very small lacunae on the gilt bronze base. There is some very minor tarnishing to the gilt patina.
