Condition

Overall very good condition consistent with age and gentle use. As noted in the catalogue, this lot originally formed part of a set of two sets of three vitrines at their original location at the BUGRA exhibition in Leipzig, and therefore have been reimagined as a pair. The side panels of both cabinets have been reveneered, and the scalloped side elements of the bases have been replaced. Both cabinets have been re-ebonised and present very well overall. Three small inclusions to one glass panel which are inherent in during production and are not visually distracting. One key is provided with this lot. One cabinet retains a partial label, which reads Ausftellun… / Internationale Aus…. / gewerbe und Graphik ….. 14 / LEIPZIG / M…egleitfchein I ode rim / Begleitzettel – Verfahren zu / uberwifen an das / Hauptzollamt I, Leipzig / Banhof: STOTTERITZ
