Condition

Painting is on copper plate which is flat and stable. Overall there is excellent retention of the paint surface with lovely detail throughout . Some minor scuffing at extreme edges from frame rubbing. Examination under ultraviolet light reveals just a few retouches here and there in the sky, mostly at the top near the upper edge, and one small retouch at the center of the ruins. Painting is presentable and can be hung as is. In a brown wood frame.
