Condition
Overall fair condition; the top with some old in-filled scratches and stains, extensive losses to the stringing to the edges; the left side with sun-fading to the veneers and timbers; the middle two front legs each with two metal L brackets to help support the legs; these two legs were probably cut off and re-attached and are sturdy; the underside with some old mildew and the legs with usual scratches, bruises and wear; the whole would benefit from a light cleaning and mild restorations; the mahogany has lovely figuring and some good color still remains; the veneers and timbers are in good condition; small loss to corner of molded edge of frieze above central right leg; lifting to stringing of right side of frieze.
