carved in the form of waves crashing against a pierced rock formation, with two clambering dragons in pursuit of a flaming 'pearl', the flat base finely incised as whirling waves, the stone of an even pale celadon color with russet veining
Condition
The jade carving is in good condition overall. There are several long russet-stained fissures on one side, running along the waves and the body of the dragon, continuing to the base.
