the compressed globular body rising to a waisted neck and broad mouthrim, flanked by a pair of lion mask loop handles, the splayed foot supported on a recessed footring
Condition
The patina is slightly mottled, there appear to be traces of lacquer on the surface, there are scattered specks of encrustation, minor nicks and knocks to the mouth and foot rings. The footring appears slightly uneven. There are signs of wear consistent with age. The censer appears to be in good overall condition.
