Condition

Original canvas which shows signs of buckling in all four corners. There a few very fine cracks in places and one very small area of craquelure above the signature, most likely due to impact. There are some minor scattered flecks of dirt. Examination under UV light reveals no apparent signs of retouching. Held in a gold coloured frame. Unexamined out of frame.
