Condition

Overall measurements: 110cm across the top, 109cm across the bottom, 129cm along left side, 130cm along right side Lustrous wool, pile overall fair to good, closely sheared, lower in field with knot heads visible through centre of field and with some scattered repiling mainly in ivory ground, outermost brown and white checker guard stripe border removed at lower end and back stitched, trimmed warp fringes, upper end with 3-10mm of ivory plain weave, outermost tip of top right hand corner restored, side cords reovercast, 1 by 1cm reweave on edge of border approx 15cm from top edge on right hand side, very nice and fine old weave
