Overall measurements: 115cm across the top, 117cm across the bottom, 273cm along left side, 278cm along right side Lustrous wool, with good range of colours; pile ranges between dense 5mm in lower half of field, to 2mm in upper half, some knot heads beginning to appear; partially oxidised blacks and dark browns; tapered arc shaped reweave in upper border approx. 20 cm wide at upper edge reducing to 16cm; 23cm funnel shaped reweave in left hand border approx. 60 cm from top edge, 15cm at edge reducing to zero; trimmed and backstitched warp fringes, overcast side cords; might benefit from a clean
