serial number 71147-72928, printed maker's label to interior inscribed with model and serial numbers, rosewood bound body, spruce top, twenty fret ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl block inlays and abalone inserts, black headstock facing, and mother-of-pearl "G" shaped motif inlay, six Grover tuners, three piece neck with maple stripe, round soundhole, rosette, rosewood pin bridge, white endpins, mock tortoiseshell pick guard
Condition
Poor with structural issues. Neck with 100 mm crack on bass side diagonally from the nut. The neck is coming unglued from the body at the heel joint. Three of the end pins have been broken with the tops missing. Several cracks have appeared in the fingerboard. Top and the body are free of cracks. There are many surface scratches all over. White marks on pickguard. Similar marks on the bridge. Bridge is lifting slightly. Damage to the finish on the upper and lower bout on the treble side at the edge. Two pin-holes on top approx 60 mm from the bridge.

According to the Bruce family, this guitar was given to Jack by Leslie West. He loved to play 'Rope Ladder to the Moon' on this instrument both at shows and at home.
