Etching, 1633, a very good impression of the second state (of five), New Hollstein's second state (of eight), on paper with a Strasbourg Lily watermark

Condition

Trimmed just within the platemark (outside the borderline at right, left and top), a 47cm vertical repaired tear at centre of lower sheet edge to shoulder of uppermost figure, a 13cm horizontal repaired tear at upper right sheet edge into the sky, another measuring 15.5cm from centre of right sheet edge to lower leg of man on ladder, number '33' in the blank area retraced in pen and ink, other repairs and touches of pen and ink, unframed.
