The complete portfolio, comprising two etchings and aquatints, 1937, each signed in pencil, numbered 98/150, on chine appliqué on Imperial Japan paper, with text in Spanish, French, and an English insert, published by the artist, Paris, contained in the original tinted wove paper wrappers

Condition

With full margins, in good condition apart from soft handling creases in the margins, time-staining and minor surface soiling at the sheet edges. B. 297 with pale discoloration in the centre panel at the bull's front legs, a single tiny fox mark in the lower left margin. B. 298 with pale discoloration in the lower right panel at woman's forehead, diagonal creasing across the upper left sheet corner. The wrappers with areas of surface soiling, an area of scattered discoloration on the back.
