- Chromogenic print
chromogenic print, signed, titled, and dated in ink on the reverse, framed, an Edwynn Houk Gallery, New York, label on the reverse, 1974 (Uncommon Places, p. 98)
Condition
This early chromogenic print is in generally excellent condition. Its colors remain vibrant and saturated, with no apparent fading. The following are visible in high raking light: 2 small, very soft creases in the upper left corner of the image; 2 pen-point-sized matte deposits in the lower portion of the image; and a very faint, 2-inch linear surface scratch in the lower right quadrant. These are not immediately apparent when viewing the print from a normal distance and does not detract in any way from the fine appearance of this early print.
The paper measures 11 by 14 inches. In the margins, minor small impressions, soiling, and soft creases from handling are visible.
On the reverse, 'ASS-1419-0176' is written in an unidentified hand in pencil. The edges are lightly rubbed.
