There are very minor, nearly indiscernible handling creases on the front pages and faint smudging on a few of the mounts.
On the reverse of each mount is a collection stamp that reads: 'PHOTOGRAPH BY ANSEL ADAMS / ANNE ADAMS HELMS COLLECTION / # _____ .'
The clamshell box is in very good condition, with a few nearly indiscernible areas of soiling and scuffs on the covers and interior.
