Condition
Overall the condition of the bronze is good with some wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age. There are a few minor nicks as well as three larger ones to the proper left forearm. The proper left arm was cast separately; a joint is slightly visible at the upper arm. There is a small casting flaw to the right of the proper left foot. There are a few faint spots and streaks visible on the surface.
One of the corners of the marble base was restored, another reattached. There are a few minor chips to the edges of the base.
