Condition

Overall the condition of the plaque is good with wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age. There is some rubbing to the gilding. There are losses to the enamel around the mounting points at the edges, to the left of Christ's head and under the right arm. There is some pitting to the enamel consistent with the material. There is some rubbing to the surface at the edges on the reverse. There is also an area of scratches on the reverse.
