Description

  • marked to the left of handle IE in a quatrefoil (Kane mark A).
  • length 7 1/2 in.
  • 19cm
the geometric handles pierced with a heart and engraved T/RE; the base later engraved "Belonged to a Thaxter relative of the Lincolns of Hingham. Through Mrs. Amelia Wood, sister of Edmund Baylies. It came to Nathalie E. Baylies. Bequeathed to Walter Ray Baylies Dec. 9, 1912."
