Catalogue Note
Sarah H. Morris (1838-1880) was the daughter of Levi Morris and Naomi McClenachan Morris. In 1859 she married George Vaux VIII; the couple lived at 1715 Arch Street. Sarah Wistar (1786-1866) was the daughter of Richard Wistar and Sarah Morris; neither she nor her two sisters married.
