comprising one plain teardrop-form, early 18th century; two of acorn-shape and one egg-shape example, Daniel Field, circa 1750; an oval bright-cut example, maker's mark IP, circa 1790; another plain oval, London, 1801; an oblong example initialed, maker's mark unclear; an octagonal example, Thomas Wilmore, Birmingham, 1796; a cylindrical box with domed cover, Samuel Pemberton, Birmingham, 1790; a barrel-shape example, Birmingham, 1805; a bright-cut urn-shape example, lacks grater, Cocks & Bettridge, Birmingham, 1802; a bright-cut drum-shape example, Continental, circa 1790; a oval box engraved with armorials and with pull-down panel bearing pseudo marks for Phipps, Robinson & Phipps, probably Chinese Export; and an Indian Colonial large plain octagonal example, Francis Dormieux & Co., Calcutta, circa 1820.
