Condition
Original canvas. The canvas appears sound. There are one or two spots of extremely light rubbing around the edges of the work, and one or two light spots of surface dirt. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in excellent overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching.
The work is presented in a gilt frame with painted wooden slip, housed under glass.
