Condition

The bronze appears to be secure and stable. On extremely close examination it's possible to see a small fleck of loss in the patina at the lower right of the bird's body. There is some surface dirt, particularly in the pitted areas of the sculpture, and some rubbing to protruding elements. Overall the work appears to be in very good condition.
