Condition
The pigment has been thickly applied, resulting in craquelure which is visible particularly in areas of lighter paint. There is loss and wear around the edges of the work and further spots of paint loss scattered throughout. This work is in stable condition.
UV Light: There are spots of retouching visible under ultra violet light, most prominently in the upper left section. The retouching is also visible without black light in the white paint at upper center. This painting has been relined to increase the stability of the paint surface.
