Condition
Oil on canvas, not lined. The surface is clean and fresh. There is a stable web of crackle were throughout the picture service though it is for the most part barely discernible. Under UV light there are small scattered spots of retouching in the figures. This includes three spots in the left putti's chin; a spot in the chin of the female figure as well as a few pinpoint scattered spots in her dress; and for small spots in the chest and stomach of the putti at right. Some minor strengthening to the outline of the female figures proper left hand and some very small scattered dots of retouching in the greenery near the fence on which the figures lean. In overall very good condition and ready to hang.
