Oil on very fine canvas that has been mounted onto a piece of paperboard. There is a small loss in the left upper edge and a nick to the upper left corner. Pinhole evident at lower left corner and upper center. The surface is in overall good condition aside from surface dirt and dust. Under UV light, an area of fluorescence around the upper center pinhole and some fluorescence in the facades of the buildings, though that is likely related to the artist's working method.
