Condition
Oil on canvas, with a heavy wax lining. The edge of the original canvas is visible along the top edge. There are inpaints visible to the naked eye scattered along the top edge and into the background. Under UV light, the varnish fluoresces green along the bottom edge and in the face, which is covered by a scattering of dots of retouching, including a small area in the proper left eye and scattered through Judith's outfit. Additional dots and dashes of retouching are scattered in the lower right corner and in the cheek of the man at left. Framed.
