  • largest 14cm., 5 1/2in. wide
all five-bar with central handles, comprising: ball finial and supports, Richard Comyns, London, 1931; a pair, maker's mark S Ld, Birmingham, 1960; shouldered, on bracket supports,  Adie Bros., Birmingham, 1954; a pair with pointed bars, maker's mark E.V, Sheffield, 1948/50, with Dublin import marks for 1951; on bun feet, makers's mark LAG, 1960; and an electro-plate example, James Dixon & Sons  Ltd, Sheffield, circa 1930
