Description

  • SILVER, WOOD
  • teapot 19.4cm., 7 1/2in. over handle and spout; milk jug 13cm., 5 1/4in. high
and a Dutch silver hot milk jug, Johannes Logerath, Amsterdam, 1782, tea pot, circular body and hinged cover engraved with strapwork and tassles, wood finial and handle, milk jug crested and moulded to simulate a barrel, cover initialled CPV

Condition

teapot with later cartouche at spout, some repair and bruises, milk jug with makers mark on the cover, crest worn, cover a bit wobbly at hinge, also with 1795 Amsterdam and 1806 Dutch control marks
