bullet-shaped, engraved with a lady's coat-of-arms and a band of foliate scalework at the cover and shoulder, silver handle, ivory finial and fillets, later crest, , base inscribed Ex dono J.P ad MP,

Condition

tiny area of corrosion at hinge, original silver handle has been altered to take an ivory fillet, solder a bit messy around join of body and foot and includes some repair, dent to side of body, nice weight, engraving pretty good no apparent date letter or mark on the cover
