Description
- gilt wood
the oval padded back centred by floral cresting, with scrolled downswept arms and serpentine rail on foliate turned tapering legs
Condition
In good restored condition. Signs of movement and some cracks to the joints. Reupholstered in green with one cover to the buttons missing. Re-gilt and the red bole showing through the gilding. Old marks and cracks to some of the gesso notably below the cresting.
