Condition
This work is painted onto a piece of unprimed board, and the artist used a combination of different media. The paint areas are in lovely condition. The unpainted board below the figures knees shows some isolated spots of staining and discoloration; this is most particularly visible along the extreme bottom edge and along the right edge. Cleaning and retouching this particular picture is not possible, and some of these blemishes will remain visible.
