Condition
The canvas is unlined and well-stretched. Under ultraviolet inspection three concentrated areas of in-painting become apparent. The first area of in-painting is present in the lower right corner and intermitently spread along the extreme bottom edge of the canvas. The second area of in-painting is a small, quarter-inch horizontal line within the cheek of the figure. The third area of in-painting is a two-inch horizontal line in the upper center quadrant, along the light blue and dark blue border. Overall, the work is in good condition.
