Condition
Lightbox: This work is in very good condition and is fully functional. The work is ready to hang.
Screen Print on Canvas:
This work is well-supported on its strainer. The strainer has a slight warp to it which can be corrected with framing or when the work is securely fastened to the wall. The lighter colors are mottled as would be expected from the artistÂ’s process. There are a few pale spots in the Hudson River in the upper center and a handful of small paint losses in the upper left triangle. In the upper center there is an area measuring about 2 inches square which seems to be worn in some way. There are also some isolated light colored spots in the upper left. One could carefully retouch the work or one could hang it in its current state. (This condition report has been provided courtesy of Simon Parkes Art Conservation, Inc.)
