Description

  • bronze
each standing foursquare carrying an archaistic handled vase on their back, depicted caparisonned with long saddle cloth engraved with lotus motifs, the bronze patinated to a rich brown colour 

Condition

There is some pitting and wear to the surface of both, together with old minute dents to the extremities or along the edges, but overall the two elephants are in good condition.
