Description

the shallow rounded sides rising from a short tapering foot, brightly painted, enamelled and gilt with a floral medallion encircled by floral sprays

Condition

The dish has a 5x5mm., rim chip and associated 5cm., hairline rim crack, an 8 and 9mm., rim chip and several rim frits, an area of glaze misfire and possible firing crack to the rim, light rubbing to the gilded decoration and light glaze scratches.
