  • Gilt-bronze
seated in dhyanasana with the left hand in samadhi mudra and the right hand in bhumisparsha mudra, with shorn pate and elegant facial features, wrapped in voluminous monastic winter robes atop a long sleeved jacket worn only on the right arm in the Tibetan fashion, with an elaborate dhonka underneath, seated on a double-plinthed throne

Condition

Wear to gilding and minor accretion overall. Left hand accoutrement now missing. Base plate now missing.
